Yanni is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joins our inpatient team within the Trident Health System. She brings a strong clinical foundation and a calm, steady presence to the care of patients requiring acute psychiatric treatment.
Originally from the Philippines, Yanni earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. Her professional background includes experience in emergency room nursing, which has shaped her clear-headed, composed approach to complex and high-acuity situations.
Her clinical practice emphasizes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, safe and evidence-based medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate support to promote stabilization and long-term recovery.
Outside of work, Yanni enjoys traveling, taking walks with her Goldendoodle, Louis, and playing pickleball.
