Suzanne Moser joins our full-time South Carolina inpatient team. Suzanne is newly graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) program. While studying she worked full-time for MUSC’s Institute for Psychiatry. Prior to that, she was a primary care Pediatric NP for twenty years after graduating from Yale Uni-versity’s, School of Nursing, with an additional year of adolescent health focus at the Universi-ty of California, San Francisco. She has practiced in such exotic locals as Honolulu, Big Bear Lake and San Francisco’s Bay area. As one of 7 children, while her father was in the Navy, she got the travel bug. She considers herself a child of the world having lived in the Philippines, Ireland and Uganda, visiting many places in between. In addition, she loves music, good writing, yoga, hiking, volunteering, her 14 year old Border Collie, Buck and her Australian husband, Andrew (not necessarily in that order). She is looking forward to her next adventure in the world of mental health care.
