At Ally, we believe hospitals are an integral part of treatment in mental health patients’ journey and our vision to end suicide. Due to its large referral network, technology integration, emergency room coverage, and hospital privileges, Ally is able to rapidly assess patients and triage appropriately to ensure direct admission pathways are built. We believe in getting patients care earlier than later, so that we may prevent a bad outcome. We also employ standardized treatment protocols to ensure all patients receive equitable care irrespective of the provider that is treating them. Ally focuses on extensive training for our providers so that our providers treatment and documentation is up to par with Joint Commission and CMS guidelines and ensures better outcomes for our patients. We are involved from Admission to Discharge, engaging patients and their families and working with our treatment teams at the hospital to ensure thoughtful care is provided and appropriate post discharge planning is conducted to ensure successful patient outcome.
