How do I apply for a job?
NON PROVIDERS = Follow our online application process by submitting your resume through our careers portal. Then, follow the prompts and complete the needed fields to submit your application.
What documents do I need to submit?
Please submit your resume and cover letter, which is optional. For providers, once you receive a finalized contract, you will be directed to provide any relevant certifications, licenses, and proof of qualifications related to healthcare roles.
Can I apply for multiple positions?
Yes, you can apply for multiple roles that match your skills and interests, but please ensure each application is tailored to the position.
How will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?
You will receive email notifications regarding your application status and asking if you are able to meet with a recruiter to speak about your application.
What is the interview process like?
NON PROVIDERS – It typically includes initial screening phone screen and one or more virtual interviews with leadership. Some roles based on complexity may have different time frames and require additional interviews. The recruiter will be able to inform you of the process for that particular role that you are a candidate.
How do I prepare for the interview?

What is the company’s hiring timeline?
NON PROVIDERS: The process usually takes 3 weeks from application receipt to final decision, depending on the role. Once you receive an offer letter for the role, you will need to complete a background check and drug screen. This process takes 2 weeks to complete. PROVIDERS: The complete process usually takes approximately 90-120 days after signed contract is returned. It is our normal practice to have providers enrolled with our top 3 payors for the region they will practice prior to start. For providers who will do any inpatient work, applications for privileges will be processed at each facility and privileges awarded prior to start.

Yes, we perform comprehensive background checks and verify professional licenses and credentials as part of our onboarding process to ensure compliance and safety. PROVIDERS: The company and any inpatient facilities will also run your National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).

Our onboarding includes orientation, HIPAA and compliance training, credential verification, and introductions to our healthcare teams.
