Shonda is a native of Middle Tennessee but has recently moved to Northwest Georgia. She graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. She continued her education by graduating from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Master of Science Degree in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Outside of work, Shonda is married, the mother of two, a son and daughter, and the grandmother of two little boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Shonda loves to travel and is a huge fan of UT Vols and TN Titans.
Shonda has worked with school-aged children, teens, adults, couples and the elderly. She is licensed in Tennessee and is awaiting approval for Georgia licensure as well.
Shonda has completed training to be able to supervise social work students and master level therapists seeking clinical supervision for licensure.
